For fiber-reinforced hoses, we only use high-tensile polyester or nylon fibers that pass strict elongation and wear resistance inspections. Transparent hoses require food-grade or industrial-grade PVC resin with zero impurities, which we verify through colorimetry and toxic substance detection. Even for air hoses, we select wear-resistant, anti-aging PVC materials that meet EU REACH and US FDA standards. Every batch of raw materials is accompanied by a detailed inspection report, and unqualified materials are rejected outright—no exceptions.
During production, we integrate advanced technology and manual supervision to ensure consistent quality.
